Our Pump and Motor Bay

In our Pinetown Engineering Department, we have a fully comprehensive Hydraulic Pump and Motor Repair Centre. Our State of the Art Test benches can test flow rates up to 600 Litres and pressures of up to 550 bar.

 

We have Surface Grinding as well as Automated Lapping Facilities that will ensure flatness every time.

We can repair both open and closed loop Hydraulic Pumps and Motors, as well as Gear Pumps, and Valves, and Actuators.

Our Cylinder Bay

Our Cylinder Departments are equipped with :

​

  • A 14 meter semi-automatic stripping and assembly bench.

  • A 7 Metre Lathe which can swing 1.3 metres.

  • Three 3 meter centre lathes.

  • A custom built, fully automated Honing bench, which allows us to hone Barrels up to 9 meters long and 950mm Inside Diameter.

  • A CNC Centre comprising of two CNC Centre Lathes and one CNC Milling Machine.

In addition to this, we have a Hydraulic Cylinder Test Bench that can test pressures of up to 500 bar.

 Our versatility allows us to work with both Hydraulic and Pneumatic Cylinders of almost any size.

Our Hose and Fittings Division

We have a Hose and Fittings Division in both of our Pinetown and Richard's bay branch that have been designed to allow for:

​

  • Convoluted Stainless Steel and Teflon Hose Assemblies

  • Fabrication of Rigid and Flexible Brake Pipes

What you Can Expect from all of Our Workshops

We have two major workshops in our Pinetown and Richard's Bay Branches. They've been designed and equipped to cater for Precision Engineering, and any type of Hydraulic Repairs. Notable aspects:

  • We have three Overhead Gantry Cranes, which allows for the seamless movement of Heavy Machinery Components within

  • our workshops. We are a level 2 BBBEE organization.

  • We also have a 14 metre semi-automatic stripping bench

  • All of our units are thoroughly tested after assembly and come with a standard 6-month warranty.

  • Our prices are competitive, and our quality is top-notch

  • We’re able to generate our own electricity with generators that automatically turn on during load shedding
